Altinha João Montrose

About

The cradle of São Paulo's altinha. It started with half a dozen friends, and today it fills Praça da Paz with balls in the air. Training happens through the WOLF Method, a methodology based on the FLOW State and custom exercises developed for altinha, six phases that take the student from the first touch to tricks, treating technique, fitness, and game reading as one single thing. But those who train know: the ball is only the gateway. Every class becomes HIGH THERAPY, belonging teaches a lot, and overcoming challenges teaches even more. More than 1,000 students have already had their lives, and their game, transformed. Teachers / About the teacher: João Montrose, the Wolf, is a pioneer of altinha in São Paulo and a forerunner of the Flow Movement. He lives the sport from the inside: he plays, competes, and commentates championships, knowing altinha from a beginner's first touch to the decisive point of a final. He teaches children and adults, from small groups to large classes, and he is the creator of the WOLF Method, with custom exercises that develop each student at their own pace. For him, altinha is a tool: it creates discipline, friendship, and the state of flow that moves every roda.
